About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Digital Marketing Assistant, where you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts and helping to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content creation, and event planning.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of our website, including content updates, SEO optimization, and analytics analysis.
  • Engage with customers and partners to promote our business, including networking events, trade shows, and product promotions.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and processing payments.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing and sales, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
