Join Our Lease Advisory Team

Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP is seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Surveyor to join our Professional Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert lease advisory services to our clients, including corporate occupiers, property companies, institutional investors, retailers, and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide valuation advice and lease advisory services to clients
  • Negotiate rent reviews, lease renewals, surrenders, and re-gears on behalf of landlords and tenants
  • Prepare heads of terms for lease renewals
  • Monitor and progress lease advisory work through liaison with instructed solicitors
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Experience of working within a lease advisory department
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
