Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Outpatient Neurological Physiotherapist to join our team at Nuffield Health Leeds Hospital. As a Senior Outpatient Neurological Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with a wide range of neurological conditions.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent clinical care that is safe, effective, caring, well-led, and responsive to patients' needs in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Ensure ongoing monitoring of the standard of treatment provided and participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes.
- Provide support to the inpatient physiotherapy team and contribute to the development of the neurological physiotherapy service.
- Work collaboratively with occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements
- A BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, with registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience of working with patients with neurological conditions, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practice and clinical governance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to contribute to the development of the neurological physiotherapy service.
