Fleet Operations Coordinator

About the Role
The Fleet Administrator will play a pivotal part in supporting the operations team for MOD customers worldwide. This role involves working closely with the operations team leader to validate legal and compliance data on the businesses IT system.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the operations team leader in validating legal and compliance data on the businesses IT system.
- Use different sources of information provided by the lease providers and websites such as the DVLA and VOSA to validate data against the system.
- Provide administrative support to a wide variety of vehicle focused activities including scheduling, maintenance and incident management if required.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers where needed both verbally and by email.
- Process daily reports received from suppliers with accurate data and within key performance indicator (KPI) requirements.
Requirements
- Competent on MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Experience of fleet management.
- Knowledge of the Transport Industry.
- Educated to GCSE level.
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
