Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include reviewing construction contractor systems, controls and processes to provide a view on their ways of working. You will use industry intelligence to build a view on best practice and analyse complex construction contracts (NEC3/4/ICE Bespoke).

You will perform testing of data and information using smart techniques and tools such as data visualisation and trend/pattern analysis (PowerBi/Tableau). Your written findings reports will deliver key findings, recommendations and messages in a succinct and professional manner.

Fostering good quality working relationships with clients and those being reviewed built around trust and professionalism is essential in this role. Engaging with the supply chain to take them on the journey of assurance and encourage collaboration at project/programme level is also critical.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum.
