Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Amplifon in Swansea. As a key member of our high street branch, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the diary to optimize sales and service appointments, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to increase clinic performance and drive revenue.
  • Personalize welcome calls to maximize attendance and promote add-on products where applicable.
  • Contribute to revenue growth by scheduling appointments and promoting hearing solutions to existing and potential customers.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhering to Amplifon guidelines and standards.
  • Manage stock levels to ensure optimal product availability.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Sales skills, with the ability to support audiologists in achieving sales targets.
  • A proactive mindset, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
