Network Service Operations Specialist

At Aviva, we're looking for an experienced individual to join our team as a Network Service Operations Specialist. This role is responsible for maximising the value of network technologies, including end-to-end enterprise connectivity and automation across various hosting and cloud environments.
The successful candidate will have a deep technical understanding of several areas, including SDWAN, SASE/SSE, LAN Switching, Wireless Networking, Routing, and Packet Level Traffic Analysis using tools like Wireshark. Experience in Network Automation, including tools and common scripting languages, is also essential.
We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 (London) or £60,000 (National), plus a 10% bonus opportunity, a generous pension scheme, and up to 40% discount on Aviva products.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience in managing 3rd party suppliers and can collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements and objectives.
