Exams Officer - Secondary School in Merton

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Exams Officer to join a secondary school in Merton. This role is available for an immediate start and will run until the end of the academic year.

**Key Responsibilities:**

As the Exams Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating both internal and external examinations, ensuring all processes align with examination board regulations. Key duties include:

* Liaising with teaching staff, exam boards, and students to ensure smooth exam arrangements.
* Accurately recording and reporting exam results.
* Managing examination entries and maintaining secure storage and distribution of exam materials.
* Setting up exam rooms, organising timetables, and overseeing the allocation of invigilators.

**Requirements:**

The ideal candidate will have:

* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Effective communication skills for liaising with students, staff, and examination boards.
* Previous experience as an Exams Officer is highly desirable.
