We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the sales strategy, identifying new client opportunities, and collaborating with the marketing and engineering teams to cultivate relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities to expand market reach
  • Lead the development and execution of sales strategies
  • Analyse sales metrics to review completed projects and produce forecasts
  • Effectively manage CRM to manage market information and track outcomes
  • Undertake occasional site visits and provide technical advice to clients

As a Sales Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with a closely knit team of experts to deliver unique solutions to a range of industries in the scientific and commercial world. You will be responsible for taking ownership of your own bespoke and individual projects, working closely with the marketing and engineering teams to collaborate and cultivate relationships.

Our ideal candidate will have a background in HVAC or Energy and be looking for a highly autonomous and rewarding role where they will be recognised as a true expert in their field. They will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
