Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting debt from clients, managing their own workload, and escalating issues when necessary. They will work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.

Duties:

  • Collecting debt from clients via phone, email, or mail
  • Managing own workload, including prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Escalating issues to management as necessary
  • Working with the finance team to ensure accurate payment processing
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in credit control or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience
