Job Title: Health and Safety Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Specialist to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Health and Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular health and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate risks.
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and clients, to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in health and safety.
- Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
