About the Role:

Our client, a trusted partner of a leading fire systems group, is seeking a driven and self-motivated Project Manager to oversee multiple high-value residential sprinkler installation projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in project management/supervision within residential sprinklers, with a solid understanding of BS9251 regulations and excellent time and team management skills.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing multiple high-value projects ranging from £2M to £3M
  • Liaising with site managers across 8-10 residential sprinkler installation jobs
  • Effectively managing budgets to maximise profit and ensure client satisfaction
  • Organizing materials and equipment for installations
  • Conducting thorough site surveys
  • Ensuring work complies with BS9251 regulations
  • Preparing and delivering QA documents
  • Monitoring project timelines to meet client expectations and targets
  • Attending weekly progress meetings at the head office

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management/supervision within residential sprinklers
  • An in-date CSCS card with relevant qualifications (e.g., RSA certificate)
  • Solid understanding of BS9251 regulations
  • A hands-on and self-motivated approach to project management
  • Excellent time and team management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong client communication skills and effective liaison abilities
  • Eagerness to progress within a growing company, thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Open and transparent working style, receptive to feedback
  • Basic computer skills
  • A clean driving license is preferred
  • Ability to perform under pressure while delivering top results for clients
