Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at GCS Associates. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and profitability forward.

About the Role:
  • Manage the sales team to achieve targets and improve branch performance
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Oversee branch operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in driving sales forward with operations experience
  • Background in construction sales, merchants, or a similar sector (advantageous but not essential)
  • Previous experience in management or as an Assistant Branch Manager (preferable)
