Key Responsibilities:- Manage conference and events sales, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage event budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management.
- 3+ years of experience in conference and events sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong knowledge of event management software and technology.
