Job Title: Bank Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bank Care Assistant to join our team at Excelcare Holdings. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing physical, emotional, and social support to our residents.

About the Role

As a Bank Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with mealtimes, personal care, and completing documentation. You will also engage in meaningful activities with our residents, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect.

What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate: £12.00 - £12.40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
  • 0 hour contract, allowing you to pick up shifts as and when available
  • 12 hour shifts from 8am - 8pm/8pm - 8am, Monday - Sunday

We are looking for someone with a caring and kind approach, who is passionate about working with older people. If you have experience in a care environment, either in a care home or as a home care worker, that would be ideal. However, we are also open to applications from individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills.
