Swimming Teacher Role
We Are Swim is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Teacher to join our team in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to children aged 3-11 years
- Plan and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of all swimmers
- Use technology to track swimmers' progress and provide feedback
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a premium experience for swimmers and parents
- Attend training and team meetings to share best practice and learn from others
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards swimming
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire confidence and motivate swimmers
- Flexibility to work weekday evenings and weekends
