Care Professional Lichfield

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional in Lichfield. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Provide non-medical care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Engage in activities that promote social interaction and companionship, such as conversation, reading, and hobbies
- Support clients with their medication and mobility needs
- Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- GCSE in history is not required, but a passion for learning and a willingness to develop new skills is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
- Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care
- Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.00-£12.50, dependent on qualifications
- Up to £18.75 for bank holidays
- Mileage expense paid every 2 weeks
