The Goodwood Estate is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily cleaning of all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms and public areas.
- Create and manage staffing rotas to ensure adequate coverage.
- Conduct regular housekeeping checks to maintain high standards.
- Lead and motivate the Housekeeping team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
