In this role as CFO Support Worker, you will play a critical part in our mission by providing high-quality support and guidance to participants in both custodial and community settings.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal communication skills, including active listening and motivational skills, to support participants from diverse backgrounds.
- A demonstrated commitment to the rehabilitation of prisoners and the ability to work independently, providing community-based support.
- An awareness, understanding, and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of young people and vulnerable adults.
This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Benefits include:
- 25 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays), with incremental increases post 3 years' service up to 28 days, and the option to purchase additional holiday.
