About Us

We are a leading local voluntary sector organisation providing high-quality services to improve the health and wellbeing of older people in Leeds.

Your Role

You will be responsible for delivering awareness-raising events to community groups, working closely with the Scams Information Officer to provide essential support to vulnerable individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver workshops and presentations to educate community groups about scams and how to prevent them
  • Collaborate with the Scams Information Officer to develop monitoring spreadsheets using Charitylog and Excel
  • Provide assistance to victims of scams, ensuring they receive necessary support and guidance

Requirements

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with data recording systems, including Charitylog and Excel
