Job Title: Backshift Processing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Backshift Processing Supervisor to join our team at Loch Duart Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff during the backshift period to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Monitor and control the quality of products being produced, identifying and addressing any issues or defects.
  • Collaborate with the processing manager to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and training to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of production schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a production environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
