  • To provide timely feedback to management on how policies and procedures could evolve to ensure a continually improving customer experience
  • To attend training and team meetings as required
  • To communicate company policies, brand guidelines, company procedures, and standards to ensure they are fully understood, implemented, and adhered to by all team members
  • To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably requested by the company
  • To ensure they complete their flow training within the set deadlines
