As a Marine Service Technician at Platinum Resourcing (UK) Ltd, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of marine watercraft. Your primary responsibilities will include regular inspection and testing of engines, propellers, and steering mechanisms. Additionally, you will replace valves and bolts as needed, ensuring that all equipment is functioning optimally.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong technical knowledge and practical skills. Previous experience working with Volvo Penta engines or in the leisure industry is highly desirable. A background in Diesel Fitting, Plant mechanics, Agricultural Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering will also be advantageous.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £33,000 - £36,000 per annum, along with excellent benefits, including a bonus and company vehicle. Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections and repairs of marine engines and equipment
* Install new engines and replace old ones as required
* Maintain and service industrial engines as needed
* Ensure optimal performance of outdrives and on-board auxiliary systems
* Clean and maintain the appearance of customers' boats
* Perform minor fibre-glass repairs as necessary

Compensation Package:
* Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum
