Job Description

At TDRS, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our client's service sales strategy and driving our team towards success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and developing our external service sales team, ensuring they achieve and surpass annual revenue and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Sales Success: Collaborate with the leadership team to set and achieve revenue and gross margin targets, guiding the external team to consistently meet or exceed annual objectives.
  2. Lead & Develop the Team: Provide leadership to the external service sales team, motivating them to achieve their highest potential. Conduct regular performance reviews, offer guidance, and tailor training programs to support individual and team growth.
  3. Training & Development: Deliver targeted training and development initiatives that will enhance the skills and expertise of your team, enabling them to excel in their roles.
  4. Full Line Management: Take on full line management responsibilities, including recruitment, performance management, and development of your team. Work closely with HR when needed to ensure the team operates efficiently and in line with company policies.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction.
About You

We are looking for a proactive leader who can balance a customer-focused approach with effective team management. A track record of building and nurturing successful relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Requirements: Ideally, you will have a background in industrial doors or a related industry such as HVAC, passenger lifts, forklifts, etc. Proven experience in managing a team, setting clear goals, and providing support and guidance to achieve them.
