We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heating and Renewable Product Trainer to join our team at Daikin UK Ltd.
About the Role
As a Heating and Renewable Product Trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training programs to our employees and customers. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver training content that enhances customer knowledge and supports the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and customers.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, FQS, and Sales teams to identify and meet training needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry issues and trends that impact our training offer.
- Update current course material to reflect product updates and changes.
- Support the Learning Centre Manager in maintaining the Training Centres and ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and equipment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in a Learning and Development or training role.
- Knowledge of Heating products and systems.
- Relevant qualifications such as HND in Heating Systems, G3 Water Regulations, Energy Efficiency for Domestic Heating C&G 6084/6068, Solar Thermal Hot Water Systems, and Gas Safe Registration.
- Ability to travel nationwide to visit training centres throughout the UK.
