Job Description:

As a Telecoms Professional with Pro Search, you will be responsible for installing broadband services, troubleshooting faults, and optimising speeds for clients like TalkTalk and BT. You will receive full training in this role and support throughout your working day from a dedicated service centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install broadband, TV services, and troubleshoot faults on behalf of clients
  • Optimise speeds for clients and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Full UK driver's license with no more than 6 points and have held this for at least two years (essential)
