About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HGV Technician to join our team. As a Fleet Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair, including:

  • Vehicle inspections and general servicing
  • Pre-planned maintenance and reactive maintenance as required
  • MOT preparation and presentation
  • Correction of running defects
  • General HGV Technician duties

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • An in-depth knowledge of HGVs and trailers
  • An HGV licence Class 1 (desirable but not essential)
  • A fully skilled HGV Technician with industry-recognised qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ Level Three) in heavy vehicle service, maintenance, and repair
  • Previous experience as an HGV Technician
