Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic project teams responsible for introducing new products, technologies, and processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to establish and manage project plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage continuous improvement projects, tool upgrades, or other projects related to key business initiatives.
  • Develop project plans from vision to execution using industry best practices.
  • Perform analysis and review post-project implementation to identify potential issues and bottlenecks.
  • Work with project owners to develop charters and success measures in support of project business cases.
  • Manage project reporting in enterprise PPM tools.
  • Collaborate with various teams to achieve project objectives; works with third-party vendors and/or suppliers when needed.
  • Conduct project status meetings to drive deliverables and manage impacts to the project plan.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with internal customers by understanding and responding to needs and requirements.
  • Plan, track, and communicate project progress to stakeholders and organizational leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field, and 10+ years of project management experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Salary Information

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
