Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide daily support and maintenance to our Atlassian estate, working with business teams to define and implement enhanced processes, workflows, and integration/automation with other applications to aid with business growth in automation and efficiencies for supporting customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian products (Jira, Jira Service Management, Opsgenie).
  • Defining and optimising business and technical processes via Workflows, SLAs, integration, and automation.
  • Design and support integrations with other customer service desks and other applications.
  • Set up new CMDB and associated knowledge store.
  • Work with colleagues to enhance reporting and dashboards.
