Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services provided, making recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and resident outcomes
- Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure resident safety
- Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5
- Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and take appropriate action
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners
