About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery in our care homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services provided, making recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and resident outcomes
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure resident safety
Requirements
  • Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5
  • Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and take appropriate action
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners
