About the Role

We are seeking an IT and Support Specialist to join our team at Teva. As a key member of our global organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees worldwide, resolving hardware and software issues, and implementing new technologies to improve our business processes. Your expertise will help us maintain high levels of system availability, security, and performance.

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this position, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of IT systems and networks. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, but not required. We are looking for someone who is proactive, flexible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote access
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Implement new technologies and tools to improve business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
