Job Title: Cluster Team Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cluster Team Manager to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Support Workers to deliver person-centred care and support
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of individuals
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of clinical and personal support
  • Collaborate with the Registered Area Manager to ensure effective service delivery
  • Provide coaching, support, and guidance to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting adults with complex learning disabilities
  • Experience with Autism and Positive Behaviour Plans
  • Good IT skills and experience of maintaining records
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or equivalent)
