We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a No7 Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our range of No7 skincare and beauty products.

• Customer Service: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare and beauty trends, and be able to advise customers on the best products for their individual needs.
• Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to the success of the store team.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive working environment, and share knowledge and best practices to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the counter is visually appealing and well-merchandised, showcasing the range of No7 products.
