Production Team Member

Jobstore UK is seeking a skilled Production Operative to join their team in Ballymena. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality products are delivered to the company's standards.
The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing and be physically fit, with the ability to manage heavy lifting and maintain a high level of attention to detail. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, requiring you to be proactive and able to work under pressure.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all products are washed, dried, and repaired to a high standard.
- Quality checking of all mats as they are put away from the laundry and as they are packed into vans.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to the company's housekeeping standards.
- Assisting with the booking of items returned by drivers and couriers.
- Operating laundry machinery in accordance with manufacturers' instructions and the company's user manuals.
- Inspecting all items for machine damage at each process.
- Liaising with other team members to ensure seamless production.
