Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define and deliver the operations reward agenda and roadmap, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder management.
- Lead the design and delivery of the annual reward and recognition programme, working closely with Operations Directors and Regional Managers to ensure successful implementation.
- Manage key Reward projects across the UK, including the annual pay and incentive cycle for all operations teams.
- Provide guidance and management to a small team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Develop innovative reward initiatives that support the delivery of operational goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive Reward Management experience in a professional, multi-site, and high-volume employee-based organisation.
- Strong business partnering skills with senior stakeholders, including HR and Operations leaders.
- A thorough understanding of reward packages and how to drive business performance through effective reward strategies.
