About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our Clinical Wellbeing team in a Regional Role. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our pupils, utilizing their expertise in psychology to make a positive impact.
This is an excellent opportunity for a resilient and enthusiastic individual to join our team, contributing to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice. The post holder will work closely with our well-established and knowledgeable Clinical Team to provide a nurturing environment where our pupils can flourish.
As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for holding a caseload, managing their workload, and contributing to the development of our clinical provision. They will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a range of key partners, including other clinicians, educators, and support staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our pupils
- Work collaboratively with the Clinical Team to provide a nurturing environment
- Hold a caseload and manage workload
- Contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice
- Work collaboratively with key partners to achieve positive outcomes
