Job Description

Giving a high quality professional service to customers is essential at Grosvenor Casinos. As a Car Jockey, you will make the first and last impression on customers as they arrive at and leave the casino.


You will be responsible for parking and returning customer cars, ensuring their security, and supporting the reception team during peak times.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel their car will be looked after safely and securely.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the car park and the casino VIP car.
  • Ensure no unauthorised vehicles are parked in the unit's car park or in reserved parking spaces.
  • Safeguard the security of customers' vehicles.
