Sales and Logistics Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Logistics Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales, and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a team of four people by processing small sales
  • Act as a point of contact for customers requiring assistance or additional information
  • Receive customer enquiries and small orders via telephone
  • Ensure customer needs are met at all times
  • Take and process orders accurately the first time
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints as they arise
  • Provide administrative and customer support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Signpost stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
  • Effective customer-facing administration experience
  • IT literacy
  • Strong geographical knowledge
  • Experience within the haulage industry
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate of £14.35
  • 100% office-based work initially, with the possibility of hybrid working after training
