Job Overview

This Construction Programme Coordinator role requires an individual to develop and implement programmes and schedules for Net Zero Retrofit works in the Lambeth borough.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and coordinate programme activities to ensure accurate progress monitoring and reporting.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify quality expectations and integrate them into the Quality Plan.
  3. Maintain compliance with statutory regulatory, and company requirements for Health and Safety management.
  4. Resource allocation and management to achieve project goals efficiently and professionally.
  5. Ensure successful project handovers, providing customer/end user support throughout the process.
Requirements

Candidates should have experience working for a main contractor on similar projects, with expertise in elevational treatment, EWI decorative panelling & replacement windows.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
