About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Services Assistant/Dispenser to join our team at Lincolnshire Co-op. As a Pharmacy Services Assistant/Dispenser, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe supply of medicines to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, providing health advice and services to patients through engaging conversations.
  • Ensure that every customer leaves the pharmacy feeling informed and confident about their healthcare needs.
  • Keep the shop floor fully stocked and ready for customers through accepting and working deliveries and completing stock takes.
  • Deliver the technical aspects of the dispensary, allowing and ensuring the safe supply of medicines.
  • Assist with sales and general store duties, including creating product displays and cash transactions.
