Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Measurement and Technical Compliance Engineer to join our team at Sullivan Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical compliance of measured quantities and contracts within Highways schemes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site and office audits to verify measured quantities and compliance with contracts, processes, and standards.
  • Assess and monitor the technical compliance of Highways schemes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain accurate measurement reports, OI review reports, and monitoring reports.
  • Contribute to the development of monthly and annual reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Perform general site visits, including CDM/H&S checks, and environmental checklists.
  • Assist in winter and incident response reviews, and attend measurement meetings as required.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Significant experience in on-site and office assessment and verification of measured quantities and compliance with contracts, processes, and standards within Highways.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of maintenance and construction works associated with the construction, management, and maintenance of roads networks.
