As a Clinical Team Lead Nurse, you will provide strong leadership and excellent communication skills, developing and supporting students and staff with clinical expertise.

About the Role

As a Clinical Team Lead Nurse, you will lead by example, demonstrating expertise and knowledge to develop and support students and staff. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, while your ability to manage a caseload will ensure efficient workflow.

The salary for this role is approximately £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

  • Qualified RGN/RN/RSCN with active NMC Registration
  • Educated to degree level supplemented by diploma level specialist training or relevant equivalent training and experience
  • Evidence of continued professional development
  • Diploma Professional practice or working towards this Qualification
  • NVQ Assessor Award (D32/33/AI)
