Electrical Site Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee electrical activities on a commercial project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage electrical installations, ensuring alignment with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades to ensure seamless progress of electrical works.
  • Ensure health and safety protocols are adhered to, managing site operations in line with SSSTS or SMSTS standards.
  • Liaise with the project manager and other site personnel to ensure timelines are met without compromising on quality.
  • Manage procurement of materials and ensure the electrical site is fully equipped for daily tasks.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure that all installations meet industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience as an Electrical Site Manager in commercial projects, with proven experience in CCTV and path lighting installations.
  • Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications.
  • SSSTS/SMSTS certification is essential.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of electricians and subcontractors.
  • Excellent understanding of health and safety protocols.
