Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities and Utility Engineer to join our team at CV Technical. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities and utilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of systems such as Compressed Air, Chilled Process water, Building Fabric, and other services.
  • Produce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all facility and utility assets for the site engineering team.
  • Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of facilities and utilities critical to the production process.
Requirements
  • Extensive hands-on engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience with HV/LV systems, chilled water systems, air compressors, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations, including EICR, pressure systems, working at height, and CDM.
