Job Overview

  • We offer a competitive salary of £54,000 per annum.
  • You will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and repair services to our customers, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs, adhering to high standards of quality and safety.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of vehicles to diagnose and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported throughout the process.

Requirements:

  • NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications and experience.
  • A full category B driving licence with 6 points or less.
  • Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
