Urban Development Inspector

Your Key Responsibilities- Assess construction plans, providing expert technical guidance to developers and builders.

- Champion health and safety initiatives and adhere to information security standards.
- A qualified Registered Building Inspector (Class 2 or 3 or higher) with a proven track record in building control or construction.
- Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
