We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team of mental health professionals. As a key member of our Staff Psychology Service, you will play a vital role in promoting staff wellbeing and resilience across the Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital sites.

The role involves working closely with colleagues to develop and deliver psychological interventions and strategies to improve staff morale, engagement and productivity. You will also contribute to the evaluation and monitoring of staff wellbeing and psychological support services.

Main Responsibilities
  • To assess and formulate the psychological needs of staff members.
  • To develop and deliver tailored psychological interventions.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to design and implement wellbeing initiatives.
  • To contribute to the identification and prioritisation of staff wellbeing needs.

The salary for this position is estimated at £70,000-£90,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme, annual leave entitlement and access to training and development opportunities.
