About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Property Solicitor to join our client's team in Kent. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for managing a busy caseload of residential property transactions, including sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, re-mortgaging, right to buy, and transfer of equity.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in residential property law and a proven track record of handling complex matters. You will need to be a client-friendly solicitor with a proactive approach, hardworking, and inspirational, with the ability to lead a thriving team.

Key Responsibilities
