About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Team Member to join our team at Pasta Evangelists. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our fresh pasta concept.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and plate our fresh pasta dishes to the highest standards, ensuring a delightful experience for every guest.
  • Prepare orders for dine-in and delivery swiftly and accurately, maintaining a smooth and enjoyable experience for every customer.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the kitchen and restaurant environment.
  • Welcome each customer with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, providing personalized recommendations and answering questions with passion.
  • Create a positive dining atmosphere by being attentive and proactive in meeting customers' needs.
  • Follow our treasured recipes and techniques to ensure every dish meets our high standards.
  • Keep your workspace clean, organized, and buzzing with energy, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Monitor ingredient supplies and inform the shift manager if we're running low on essential items.
  • Ensure the dining area is always inviting and immaculate, regularly cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, and other surfaces.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines to keep both customers and colleagues safe.
  • Pitch in with cleaning tasks when needed, supporting the team in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Work closely with your teammates to ensure everything runs smoothly, communicating effectively and providing support when needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions, bringing your ideas and enthusiasm to contribute to the team's success.
  • Support your colleagues, especially during busy times, and be willing to take on additional tasks as required.
About You
  • Experience in customer service or food service is a plus, but a passion for Italian cuisine is what truly matters.
  • Enthusiasm for learning about our menu and sharing that knowledge with customers.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks with ease.
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong sense of teamwork, with flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Bonus point: Any experience in coffee, wine, and pasta would be advantageous, but it's your zest for life that we're looking for.
