Career Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor

River Clyde Homes is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to oversee the financial and commercial relationship between the organization and its suppliers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring delivery of an excellent service for customers, while maintaining financial planning, cost control, and value for money.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial and commercial relationships with suppliers
  • Ensure delivery of excellent customer service
  • Maintain financial planning, cost control, and value for money

Requirements:

  • Member or RICS qualification
  • Experience in contract management, procurement, and managing external contractors and consultants
  • Full driving license with access to a vehicle
